We’ve got an absolutely packed newsletter for you today. You all have been busy meeting up all over the globe. And we’ve been busy planning our 2026 International Gathering (in NYC), and our 2026 Annual Reunion (in Boston — adjacent to the World Cup — yikes!).
So let’s dive in!
With friendship,
Your AMDP Alumni Association Leadership

New programming announced for our International Gathering in NYC
📣 Our next AMDP International Gathering will be taking place in New York City — April 12-14, 2026. This directly follows the annual Harvard Real Estate Symposium, a short train-ride away in Boston. Full program registration is opening soon!
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve organized an entire day of killer programming at the the newly redeveloped Seaport District, including the $785M Pier 17. 👇

This day includes lunch by Jean-Georges, a sunset cruise on the East River, and presentations from the team that led the redevelopment of the Seaport District, tentatively including Bill Ackman (should schedules allow).
And the second day is shaping up to be just as exciting!
We’ve also secured 40% off the posted rate, PLUS a free upgrade to Cathedral View rooms at the iconic Lotte New York Palace Hotel for the first 30 attendees!
As we finalize the budget for this program, we are also seeking sponsors to help off-set the cost for attendees.
If you’re interested in sponsoring, we can offer:
Dedicated presentation time
Presenting sponsor billing at select venues
Digital assets to be shared with all attendees + the Alumni Association at large
Other opportunities to ensure your brand receives maximum visibility

A message from Forrest Corral:
“Honey, I just bought a bar (during COVID) — and a hotel!”
If you missed this month’s OLC presentation from Class 25’s Alex Khan, here’s the bar / hotel in question. She’s a beauty. 👇
Alex walked us through how he is reimagining the quaint coastal town of Falmouth, Massachusetts (and invited us all for a visit!).
Don’t miss our next OLC event:
📆 November 20, 2025 — A walkthrough of Class 25’s winning Team Project presentation led by Nick Kreuter (time to be confirmed).
We’re also continuing to work through additional video content, highlighting the scale and depth of AMDP Alumni’s most impressive Independent Projects.

Smiling faces from NYC, Dubai, San Diego, OC, and Miami.
🇨🇦 Not pictured — Winnie Chang hosted a group of AMDP Alumni and other industry leaders in Montreal for a wonderful Real Estate & Technology Forum!

We want everyone to be able to easily connect with each other, and build deeper relationships — whether that be with local alumni, or friends around the globe. And as long as we all collectively operate with transparency, and respect each other’s privacy, the AMDP Alumni Association can continue to provide platforms that facilitate these connections.

Is it a shameless plug if I never had any shame to begin with?
Hey y’all — Kristin here, AMDP 20. 👊
You might know me as the the publisher of this swanky Alumni Newsletter. And I’m taking over this month’s Partnership Corner segment because I want to partner with… YOU!
That’s right. I want to build a newsletter for your business or personal brand.
Your responsibilities? A monthly interview with me.
My responsibilities? Everything else.
Why do you need a newsletter?
Your reputation is built on one thing — trust. But trust isn’t usually granted without months (or years) of working together. So how can you move the ball down the field with people you don’t work with — but want to work with?
You do it by…
Inviting them into your thoughts.
Showing them your decision-making, judgement, and unique insights.
Letting your guard down, and sharing what you’ve learned from your mistakes.
Your competitors are publishing newsletters. But their newsletters are a putrid cocktail of generic PR-approved tropes, self-congratulatory malarkey, and AI-generated slop.
Your newsletter will make people feel like they’re having a beer with you. 🍻
Over the last few years, newsletters have become my jam.
👉 I led the editorial team at The Hustle’s premium entrepreneurship newsletter (acquired by HubSpot for $27M).
👉 Then I developed CEO newsletter programs for two tech companies, ghostwriting 110k+ words with more than 4.7 million unique reads in a single year.
👉 And I launched my own unfiltered newsletter — Drunk Business Advice.
I’ve also started teaching this stuff, and speaking about it at conferences, on podcasts, and in masterminds. I know my shit.
So who is an ideal fit for this?
I have capacity to partner with up to four brave AMDP Alumni who already have an email list they would like to reach with a monthly POV newsletter.
The US / Canada market is the best fit, but I’m open to others assuming we can find cultural alignment.
Want to work with me? Just answer a few questions, and we can get the ball rolling.
Cheers,
Kristin
