Alumni Friends,
As we announced a couple of weeks ago, registrations are now OFFICIALLY open for our AMDP Global Gathering in New York City, April 12-14!
All alumni, as well as current Class 26 participants, are invited to join this event.
Your prompt registration really helps us. The amazing venues we’ve secured are (quite reasonably) asking us to put down deposits, and your alumni leadership team is personally fronting those costs. Early registrations help ease that burden.
Scroll down for more exciting details about the program. We’re excited to catch up with you in New York!
With friendship,
Your AMDP Alumni Association Leadership
Here’s what to expect in NYC…
📣 Our next AMDP Global Gathering will be taking place in New York City, April 12-14, 2026. This directly follows the annual Harvard Real Estate Symposium, a short train-ride away in Boston, so you can easily attend both in a single trip!
Here is the programming we currently have lined up:
Sunday, April 12th - Welcome
Arrive to New York City, and check in to our official event hotel: The Lotte New York Palace.
Originally a private Gilded Age mansion, and now a towering modern landmark, the Lotte New York Palace encapsulates more than a century of elegance, architectural heritage, and evolving luxury. And the best part? We've negotiated 40% off cathedral view rooms for our first 30 attendees!
After you've checked in and rested up, join us for our welcome reception from 6pm, and enjoy plenty of food and libations.
Monday, April 13th - Seaport District

In 2012, Hurricane Sandy decimated Manhattan's iconic Seaport District. The Howard Hughes Corporation stepped in to redevelop the landmarked neighborhood, nestled under the shadow of the Brooklyn Bridge.
We'll spend our first full day touring neighborhood and the modern Pier 17, hearing from the developers, and dining with their acclaimed hospitality partner, Jean-Georges.
We've also organized a sunset cruise of New York Harbor, sailing past the Statue of Liberty. We'll close out the evening with a private dinner at a buzzy Chinese speakeasy, operated by Seaport Entertainment Group.
Tuesday, April 14th - Midtown Manhattan

We'll spend our second full day in the heart of Manhattan's Midtown neighborhood, where Class 17's Barbaros Karaahmet will host us for a delightful breakfast and engaging presentations at Herrick, New York's most esteemed real estate law firm.
We are also working on unconfirmed programming at:
Hearst Tower - A modern glass and steel diagrid structure built atop a preserved 1928 Art Deco base.
One Vanderbilt - A sculpted glass tower rising over Grand Central, featuring an observation deck and transit integration.
270 Park Avenue - The recently completed global Headquarters for JP Morgan Chase.
We'll finish the day with a closing party at The Dawson, where we'll eat too much, drink too much, and have too much fun.
As we finalize the budget for this program, we are also seeking sponsors to help off-set the cost for attendees.
If you’re interested in sponsoring, we can offer:
Dedicated presentation time
Presenting sponsor billing at select venues
Digital assets to be shared with all attendees + the Alumni Association at large
Other opportunities to ensure your brand receives maximum visibility
